1. General Policy

  • All payments made to GoRate are final and non-refundable

  • By purchasing our service, you agree to this policy


2. No Refund Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of usage or partial usage of service

  • Business results not meeting expectations

  • Failure to understand product features before purchase

  • Suspension due to violation of terms


3. Service-Based Nature

GoRate is a digital service platform, therefore:

  • Once the service is activated, it cannot be reversed

  • Time, setup, and resources are already invested


4. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered ONLY if:

  • Duplicate payment is made

  • Technical issue from our side prevents service activation

  • Payment deducted but service not delivered

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of payment


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel future renewals anytime

  • No refund for the current active plan
